Dr. Nolan Riley

After graduating from Northeastern University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2006, Dr. Riley joined the team at  Reber Vision Center.  He holds the highest level of licensure to practice optometry granted by the Texas Optometry Board.

While completing his educational requirements at Northeastern State University, he was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award.  He also received the Student of the Year award in 2004, served on the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometry Honor Society for four years as well as many others.

He is the only Developmental Optometrist serving the panhandle, West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, treating patients, especially school-aged children, with vision therapy for learning conditions.

Dr. Riley volunteered his services during Hurricane Katrina providing eye exams for evacuees at Camp Gruber, OK.  He has also participating in a AMOR Mission to Brazil and coached teams for the Special Olympics.

Dr. Jarren Ray

Dr. Jarren B. Ray is a native of Clovis, New Mexico. He revceived his Doctor of Opotometry from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. After getting his degree, Dr. Ray completed a one-year ocular disease residency at the Albuquerque VA hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a new associate doctor at Reber and Riley Vision Center. 

Currently he is a professional member of the Texas Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Ray loves to play guitar and spend time with his family and friends. 
 
He speciliazes in the treatment, including the use of spectacles and vision therapy, of children with binocular dysfunction and visual perceptual disorders. Dr. Ray also specializes in Contact Lens fitting, especially for those difficult cases and patients that have experienced previous failures. Dr. Ray is currently excepting new patients and he hopes that you will enjoy the dedication to clinical excellence and customer service by both doctors and staff in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that has become the trademark of Reber and Riley Vision Center.
